Project Description

Online banking experience for Netherlands’ Postbank (ING)

Led the design effort (with UX team at Fredhopper) of the entire online experience and produced all functional and visual designs. Participated in all user research and testing to discover user needs and understand customer needs.

Tasks included:

  • Usability research, benchmarking competition

  • User needs gathering to better understand shopping habits

  • Design complete banking experience, including interaction and visual design

  • User testing of design at all milestones
