As Service Designer, I created the service blueprints and process workflows with automations (monday.com) and make.com. Then collaborated with internal staff to ensure efficient service delivery.<\/p>\n

As\u00a0 the Principal UX Designer on this project, I created all the concept designs, interaction flows and wireframes, as well as all visual designs for all pages. Then worked iteratively with developers to ensure successful implementation.<\/p>\n
